The institution listed isfor the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator.This is a clinical trial supported by the National Institute on Aging for an eighteen month period of exposure in which patients with Alzheimer's disease are randomized to receive a combination of vitamin B6, vitamin B12, and folate versus placebo to evaluate the ability of these agents to delay the progression of Alzheimer's disease (via a homocysteine-lowering mechanism).
