Abstract

This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The subproject and investigator (PI) may have received primary funding from another NIH source, and thus could be represented in other CRISP entries. The institution listed is for the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator. This protocol is designed to assess the immunogenicity of a vaccine comprised of four colon cancer peptides plus GM-CSF in adjuvant in patients with Stage II, III, or IV colorectal cancer. The objectives of this study are to determine if the vaccine is:(a) safe, (b) immunogenic, and (c) induces cytotoxic T-cell responses against autologous and/or MHC-matched tumor cells.
