This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing theresources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The institution listed isfor the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator.This study will determine the safety and immunogenicity of a vaccine consisting of nine peptide epitopes for CD8+ T lymphocytes plus one epitope for CD4+ T lymphocytes in an emulsion of Montanide ISA-51. The vaccine will be administered to patients with advanced breast cancer. Immune responses will measured by ELIspot assay using peripheral blood lymphocytes.
