This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing theresources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The subproject andinvestigator (PI) may have received primary funding from another NIH source,and thus could be represented in other CRISP entries. The institution listed isfor the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator.The goal of this protocol is to better understand how gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) works in the human male. We perform detailed hormone evaluations and provide treatment with GnRH to men who lack this hormone (also known as Kallmann syndrome). Measuring hormone levels, testicular development, and fertility are the ways we measure successful outcomes in this study.
