The purpose of this study is to determine the oral health status in an adult population of cystic fibrosis (CF) patients. The primary goal of this research is to assist dental professionals in providing better care for adult CF patients. Subjects are being asked to participate in this study because they are an adult who has been diagnosed with cystic fibrosis. The investigator in charge of this study is Mr. Andrew Shessel, a student at the college of dental medicine. This study is being done in the Dental Suite at the MUSC General Clinical Research Center and will involve approximately 30 volunteers.
