The institution listed isfor the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator.The purpose of this study is to examine a drug called Tiagabine (also known as Gabitril) and its effect on the release of growth hormone during sleep. Tiagabine is a drug that is approved by the U.S. FDA to help control seizures. The FDA has not approved tiagabine as a sleep drug. This is an investigator initiated study.
