The institution listed isfor the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator.Cocaine dependence (CD) has been shown in twin and family studies to have a genetic contribution. This is a multi-center study recruiting affected sibling pairs and other nuclear family members. A genome scan will make it possible to identify regions containing genes that influence risk of CD.
