PACTG 1022 The purpose of this study is to see if one of two different combinations of drugs are better at treating HIV in pregnant women and how long these drugs will stay effective. It will also measure levels of drugs in the blood before and after pregnancy and see if there are any special problems with taking HIV drugs during pregnancy.
