Abstract

The institution listed isfor the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator.This is a randomized trial of the effects of K-ATP channel inhibition via the K-ATP channel activator diazoxide on hepatic, peripheral and adipose insulin sensitivity in normal subjects, subjects with obesity and insulin resistance and subjects with Type 2 diabetes.
