Abstract

This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and tolerability of a medication known as etanercept in patients with DM. Also to see how etanercept and prednisone affect the strength and function of your muscles.
