Sixty pregnant women will be studied three times during their pregnancies (two PK studies, and placentaltransport during labor & delivery), along with an optional fourth study. There will be 15 participants at the GU site. Participants will receive weekly IM injections of 17-OHPC from enrollment until 35 weeks gestation, with length of participation in study about 15 weeks.
