Dr. Christopher Krause is director of the Real-Time Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer Facilitywhich contains an instrument in which a confocal microscope is coupled to a spectrophotometer so thatfluorescent emission spectra as well as spatial imaging can be obtained from light emitted from aconfocal scanning of biological sample.All members of the Program Project will use the instrument without charge when necessary.
