Abstract

The Cell Processing and Sample Distribution Laboratory will provide essential cell processing and tissuebanking support for Program Project Grant investigators. Operating through the Stanford CellularTherapeutics and Transplantation (SCTT) Laboratory, Core D will be responsible for all aspects of cellprocessing including process validation, manipulation and storage of products, release testing, and processdocumentation. The lab will employ GMP in the preparation of CIK cells for Projects I and II and antigen-pulsed dendritic cells for Project VI. Core D will also establish a tissue bank for BMT recipient and donorsamples and will manage the distribution of these samples to invesitgators.
