The Bioinformatics Center Core facility will provide an administrative and organizationalframework to support and coordinate Center research cores and related activities and to facilitate increased collaboration among investigators. In addition, the Core will maintain a secure server to store and archive scientific data from each of the Center cores and investigators, and will provide ongoing support and further development of the existing SCIgenes database.
