Equilibrium fluorescence measurements of helical membrane peptides in water, TFE, and in various buffers as well as in the presence of Small Unilamellar Vesicles (SUVs) and Large Unilamellar Vesicles (LUVs). These measurements are taken at a range of temperatures in order to obtain melting curves for these peptides.
