Abstract

This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The subproject and investigator (PI) may have received primary funding from another NIH source, and thus could be represented in other CRISP entries. The institution listed is for the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator. Scanned data at the Center for In Vivo Microscopy to share with Dr. Gordon with purpose to test deconvolution algorithm. Set1 is with Object Detector Distance ODD=17 cm and the set2 has ODD=4 cm. The focal spot is 1mm. So the set1 is affected by penumbra blurring. The phantom is a cylinder with some beads. Use the axial slices with no beads (these are metallic and will give artifacts) to look at the edges.
