This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing theresources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The subproject andinvestigator (PI) may have received primary funding from another NIH source, and thus could be represented in other CRISP entries. The institution listed isfor the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator.Live animal data only. We are doing a serial study to look at the effect of radiation, hyperthermia, and drug-containing liposomes on tumor growth delay. We plan to sacrifice animals for histology, but would like images of tumor volume and doppler prior and post treatment to observed changes in tumor perfusion. Idealy when the microbubbles are available we would like to image the animals microcirculation to look for architecture changes that can result from the use of radiation and/or drug.
