Abstract

This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing theresources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The subproject andinvestigator (PI) may have received primary funding from another NIH source,and thus could be represented in other CRISP entries. The institution listed isfor the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator. As the manager of the DNA Core Facility I do not directly receive funding from grants. We are a fee for service lab. My association with the PSC Biomedical Initiative is to assist local investigators in obtaining PSC grants and accessing the PSC resources. I also provide instruction in the use of sequence analysis software, primarly the GCG package. This effort includes several sessions in a 300 level Biochemistry course.
