Abstract

This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing theresources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The subproject andinvestigator (PI) may have received primary funding from another NIH source,and thus could be represented in other CRISP entries. The institution listed isfor the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator.I am requesting the renewal of the grant MCB960010P with 10 Service units. Thecomputer resources will be used for analysis of gene sequences as well asstructual studies of RNA and protein molecules using the GCG software package.The project goals remain the same as last year and include the identificationand analysis of mammalian testis genes that are regulated by cyclic AMP (cAMP)and the cyclic AMP response element binding protein (CREB).
