The objective of this experiment is determine if mixing NP-1018 and NP-C295 with commercial influenza vaccine improves the immune responses of baboons to influenza vaccine, consisting of hemaglutinnin antigen (HA). This study in baboons will test two new formulations (NP-1018 and NP-C295) consisting of immunostimulatory DNA sequences (ISS) conjugated to recombinant nuclear protein (NP) of influenza virus. This study will consist of 6 groups of 5 animals per group
