This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing theresources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The subproject andinvestigator (PI) may have received primary funding from another NIH source,and thus could be represented in other CRISP entries. The institution listed isfor the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator.The Bioinformatics Core, housed at The Burnham Institute, will be supervised by Dr. AndreiOsterman. The Bioinformatics Core plays a key unifying role in the CPP. This Core will provide anadvanced support in data management and analysis for all the TRPs and DBPs of the Center. The Corewill also build the framework for broad dissemination of protocols and specific resultsgenerated in the CPP to the whole Research community.
