The purpose of this agreement is to administer a short dietary assessment questionnaire consisting of 26 questions to assess key components of the diet.
The aims of this project are: (1) To provide the data needed to develop scoring algorithms relating the screener to 24-hour recall data, and (2) to provide benchmark screener data for the US population for comparison to estimates from other smaller studies.
