Project Summary

This work maintains, supports, and enhances the facility known as the NMI Build and Test Lab (NMI-Lab) at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. NMI-Lab provides over 50 different platform combinations and over 100 cpus representing systems in use by scientists today. NMI-Lab's function is to support the software development and maintenance phases of building and testing software, with a number of projects using NMI-Lab on a daily basis for their build and test needs of various distributed software systems. Separate from the software framework of the facility, known as Metronome, this project addresses the central facility needs for sustaining the user community, continuing to operate and support the facility resources, and expanding the capacity and capabilities of NMI-Lab with new resources and features.
