This project is for the completion of a spectrometer/receiver capable of covering the entire 74 - 110.5 GHz band, which will be used to determine the redshift (through observations of spectral lines of carbon monoxide molecule) of a large number of luminous submillimeter radio sources. The receiver front-end has been demonstrated to work on the Five College Radio Observatory 14 meter telescope, and this project will complete the construction of the spectrometer/receiver and integrate it to the Large Millimeter Telescope in Mexico. This will be one of the first instruments operating on this new telescope.
