The Ninth World Congress of Applied Linguistics will meet in Thessaloniki, Greece, April 15-21, 1990. U.S. participation will be assured for the scientific sessions covering: 1) language, logic, and mind; 2) language, culture, and society; 3) interaction and communication; and 4) language, learning, and teaching. U.S. participation is important for sharing research results and plans with scientists from throughout the world.
