Abstract

This award provides funds to support, in part, the travel expenses for U.S. participants in the 1988 IEEE International Symposium on Information Theory, held in Kobe Japan, June 19-24, 1988 and in the 1988 Workshop on Information Theory co-sponsored by the Chinese Institute of Electronics Information Theory Society, held in Beijing, China, July 3-6, 1988.
