This award will enable the 1988 Presidential Young Investigators (PYI's) in Chemistry to meet for a workshop at the annual meeting of the Council for Chemical Research (CCR) to be held in St. Louis, Mo. October 9-11,1988. The workshop is specifically designed to aid the awardees' quest for matching funds from industry. Additionally,the PYI's will have the opportunity to interact with each other and to publicize their research programs. The award will provide for lodging, meals and travel. Overhead and any additional costs in excess of the award will be borne by CCR.
