Institution: University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign Abstract Date: 12/22/2003 Project Summary At the request of the program officer at NSF, in order to facilitate the solicitation of high-quality proposals from institutions which are considering submitting proposals to the NEES program, the University of Illinois conducted a workshop on November 6, 2003. Four invited speakers came to the University of Illinois NCSA in order to present material using NCSA's collaborative links.
