This research focuses on the creation of intelligent, computerized design tools that support the designer during the concept generation phase. Currently, the investigator's research is limited by the hardware and software available to him. This equipment grant for a Xerox 1108 Scientific Information Processor will enable the investigator to use state-of-the-art hardware and software for his research in design theory.
