International travel support is provided to allow the the P.I. to attend the Fifth International Conference on Tribology which will be held in Helsinki, Finland during June 12-15, 1989. The purpose is to present a paper entitled "A Modified Microcontact Model Including Dynamic Effects" and to enhance international exchange of tribological research information.
