9423656 Rudolph IEEE proposes to hold a one-day meeting in Washington, DC for approximately 14 to 16 experts to provide a forum for discussion of the issues related to .COM domain name registration and the support thereof. This meeting will be an opportunity for experts involved in large registration activities such as a global ethernet registrations and the phone numbers (NANP) to discuss the issues, concerns and problems in the system and identify potential solutions. The objective of the meeting is for participants who have significant expertise in large registration activities to provide thorough discussion of the issues involved and recommend (an) alternative approache(s) to resolve the current situation. IEEE will record and provide a written report of the proceedings (in both electronic and hard copy).
