The User Services Area provides an international forum fro people interested in all levels of user services to identify and initiate projects designed to improve the quality of information available to meetings, to Budapest for the Joint European Networking Conference, and to Bled, Slovenia to participate in the TERENA Information Services and User Support meeting and attend the Network Services Conference.
