This action funds a Minority Graduate Student Travel award, one of the supporting activities of the NSF Minority Postdoctoral Fellowship program. Ms. Ocampo will visit the laboratory of a potential sponsoring scientist in the UK in anticipation of preparing an application for a postdoctoral research fellowship in this year's competition.
