9552956 Kilpatrick Six mathematics and science educators from the United States will constitute a team to consult with mathematics and science educators from Latin America in connection with an inter-American conference in Santiago, Chile, in the summer of 1995. Purposes include assistance in adapting instructional materials, developing a doctoral program, and strengthening the efforts of the Mathematics and Science Education Center at the University of Santiago as well as the efforts of other Latin American mathematics and science educators. ***
