Abstract

This program is for the support of the Symposium on the Science and Technology of Microfabrication, to be held as part of the 1986 Fall meeting of the Materials Research Society at Boston, on December 1-6, l986. This is the first time that such a symposium will be included as part of the MRS meeting.
