9355852 de los Santos The Phoenix Urban Systemic Initiative (USI) proposes to conduct a comprehensive self-study and assessment of the current state of science, mathematics and technology education in the Council of Participating School Superintendents districts in Phoenix. From this self study, the Phoenix USI will develop purpose and vision statements, a five year plan for systemic change in science, mathematics and technology education and formulate a plan for the first year of the Phoenix USI activity. ***
