This project, developed under the leadership of Morgan State University is establishing a Prototype Center for Minorities in Baltimore. Cooperating institutions and organizations, in addition to the University, include the following: Coppin State College, Towson State University, Prince George's Community College, the Baltimore Public Schools, the Maryland Science Center, MESA, and Martin Marietta.
