This Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) Phase I project aims to develop a general purpose graphical front-end database interface that will allow biologist to manage their data on a local computer as well as connect and manipulate online heterogeneous data and applications elsewhere. The proposed product, WebFusion, will provide the researcher with the computer software tools needed for the manipulation and analysis of large data sets from various sources and applications through a single interface.
The proposed WebFusion software will allow the user with faster and more accurate data management tools to fully exploit the large commercial and public databases available on line and through other sources.
