Support is provided to enable young researchers to attend and to participate in the IEEE International Symposium on Information Theory. The program includes five invited plenary session lectures and several special sessions of invited papers with the topic, VLSI and information theory, being highlighted. The meeting will offer the opportunity for young and experienced investigators to interact.
