This award is for support of travel grants to fund six post- doctoral and/or graduate researcher who are working with the National Science Foundation (NSF) funded geoscientists to attend the International Conference Arctic Margins (ICAM). This conference will feature many topics of basic arctic earth science, such as: 1) Quaternary Environmental Geology and Permafrost, 2) Paleoclimate, 3) Structural Geology and Tectonics, 4) Chronostratigraphy, 5) Solid Earth Geophysics, and 6) Arctic Marine Geology.
