The proposed activities build on past efforts to study the few body dynamics of atoms by the direct solution of the time-dependent Schrodinger equation on a numerical lattice. Theoretical and mputational efforts will address the dynamics of continuum and Rydberg states in few-body atomic and molecular systems. A variety of massively parallel computing platforms are used to provide quantitatively accurate cross sections for processes involving three body breakup as well as for studying Bose condensates in the presence of external perturbations.
