Abstract

There are two components to this RUI proposal. The first continues investigations of Rydberg atoms, focusing on the structure and evolution of Rydberg wavepackets in external fields. The second project develops a new theoretical framework for examining CPT violation on particles and antiparticles in Penning traps.
