The `Light-Cone QCD Workhsop` will take place July 6- 15, 1998 in St. Petersburg, Russia. This workshop will consider how a broad range of complex phenomena exhibited by the strong nuclear force may be understood in terms of the theory known as Quantum Chromodynamics (QCD). These phenomena include the confinement of quarks within nucleons, and processes initiated by a quark which is inside a nucleon and carries only a small fraction of the momentum possessed by the nucleon as a whole. The workshop will facilitate the exchange of ideas crucial to progress in the field.
