This conference will examine the issue of declining interest in in science and engineering careers by young adults through investigating research done on international trends in science and technology (S&T) careers. The March 1993 conference will be held in Brussels, Belgium and will include experts in science and technology resources from the United States, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Japan, Germany and Canada. Conference proceedings will be published and disseminated, and a postconference symposium ("Trends in Science and Technology Careers in the United States") held. %%% This conference is an important and timely forum for discussion and dissemination of information on trends in S&T careers.
