Fasting Suppressive Effect on Pulsatile Gonadotropin Secretion in Postmenopause

Abstract

The investigators will test the hypothesis that fasting in healthy postmenopausal individuals enhances the suppressive effect of estradiol on the pulsatile secretion of LH and FSH without altering their metabolic clearance rates.
