Specific Aim 1 : Determine whether it is safe to treat children recovering from traumatic brain injury (TBI) with dextroamphetamine (AMPH).
Specific Aim 2 : Determine whether it is feasible to use a battery of measures of neurocognitive and motor function, as well as neurochemistry as assessed by spectroscopic imaging, throughout TBI recovery in children.
Specific Aim 3 : Determine whether AMPH treatment affects TBI recovery in children.
