Pediatric neuroimaging provided opportunity for learning how brain develops in normal children and in those afflicted with a variety of diseases and behavioral disorders. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) provides safe, noninvasive methods for the in vivo characterization of the developing brain structure and function.
