This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing theresources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The subproject andinvestigator (PI) may have received primary funding from another NIH source,and thus could be represented in other CRISP entries. The institution listed isfor the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator.The National Center for Genome Resources, NCGR, of Santa Fe, New Mexico serves as a sub-contractor for the mandated Bioinformatic Core of the New Mexico INBRE research program. The NCGR team is composed of software, science, project management, and infrastructure support staff. All have expertise and experience in bioinformatics and in web resources. NCGR provides assistance with bioinformatic tool selection, installation, training. and education, including hosting seminars and symposiums, for INBRE researchers. NCGR offers knew knowledge and significance in next generation sequencing and bioinformatics analysis of this sequencing data. See project report for more details.
