Abstract

This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing theresources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The subproject andinvestigator (PI) may have received primary funding from another NIH source,and thus could be represented in other CRISP entries. The institution listed isfor the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator.The exchange mapping experiments is a novel way to detect chemical exchange processes in larger proteins due to intermediate and slow internal motions. It has been recently developed (Wang, Rance & Palmer JACS 125, 8968 2003) and needs further fine tunign for use at very high field and cryogenic probes
