Abstract

This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing theresources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The subproject andinvestigator (PI) may have received primary funding from another NIH source,and thus could be represented in other CRISP entries. The institution listed isfor the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator.Implement pulse sequences to measure CO_HN cross-correlation effect. This data will be combined with previous measurements of chemical shift variations in 5 alignment media to extract accurate 1HN, 15N ans 13CO site specific CSA values. This time is dedicated to the development and refinement of new technology and methodologies.
